Share a read-only snapshot or an AI diligence questionnaire pack.

Open /app/share. Create a link when a buyer, board, or auditor asks for AI governance proof.

Two modes

  • Auditor snapshot — classic read-only view of inventory, control statuses, and evidence links
  • Questionnaire mode — drafted answers for common AI diligence questions, pulled from inventory + evidenced controls (verify before you send)

Create a link

  1. Choose snapshot or questionnaire mode
  2. Click create (defaults to 30-day expiry)
  3. Copy the URL — it looks like /share/…
  4. Send it privately; treat it like a sensitive document link
  5. Revoke anytime from the same page

What recipients see

  • Workspace name and readiness summary
  • AI inventory (including EU role/class and privacy/impact hints when set)
  • Snapshot mode: control statuses and evidence links
  • Questionnaire mode: question → draft answer → linked evidence
  • A clear note that this is readiness—not certification
Links expire. If someone needs ongoing access, create a fresh link or invite them through your own process—don’t leave stale shares hanging.
